Privacy Policy

This policy covers oweb.ai — the website you are reading and the AI Visibility Scorecard it offers. Questions, corrections, or deletion requests go to hello@oweb.ai, and we answer them ourselves. Details of the legal entity that operates oweb.ai are available on request at the same address.

When you run a Scorecard: the business name and city you type in, plus your name and email address so we can send you the report. That is the whole form — we do not ask for a phone number, an address, or payment details to run a scan.

What the scan itself looks at: publicly available information about the business you named — what answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI results say when asked for the best provider in that area, and public listing and review signals. We query public sources about a business; we do not access any account of yours to do it.

If you become a client: the working details needed to do the job — business and contact information, and access you explicitly grant us to profiles and listings we manage on your behalf.

Ordinary web data: standard server logs and basic analytics about pages viewed. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

To produce and send the Scorecard you asked for, to deliver the service if you hire us, to reply to you, and to keep the site working and secure. If you gave us your email through the Scorecard, we may contact you about oweb.ai — every such message has an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects a report you already requested.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not publish the results of your Scorecard, use your business as a named example, or share your details with another business we work with.

Only the suppliers needed to run the service: our hosting and infrastructure providers, the answer engines we query to produce a report, and our email provider. They process data on our instructions for that purpose alone. If we ever engage a new category of processor that materially changes this, we will update this page.

Scorecard reports and the contact details attached to them are kept while they are useful to you and to us — and deleted on request. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting obligations require.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from our email at any time. Email hello@oweb.ai and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or the CCPA; we apply the same handling to everyone rather than making you prove where you are.

We use only what the site needs to function and to count page views. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies, and nothing on this site builds an advertising profile of you.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle information you have already given us will be sent to you by email.
