Terms of Service

These terms apply to oweb.ai — this website, the free AI Visibility Scorecard, and the monthly service if you subscribe. Using any of them means you accept them. Details of the legal entity that operates oweb.ai are available on request at hello@oweb.ai.

oweb.ai is a done-for-you service that works to get a dental practice found in search and in AI answers, and booked with new patients. In practice that means managing your public listings, your Google Business Profile, and a review-request flow to your real patients, and reporting monthly on where you stand.

We do not guarantee any ranking, placement, or that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google or any other engine will name your practice. Nobody can honestly guarantee that — those systems are third parties that change without notice, and the largest factor in whether they recommend you is your own real reputation. What we commit to is doing the controllable work well and measuring the result honestly, including when it has not moved.

We do not write, buy, incentivise, or fabricate reviews, and we will not filter out unhappy patients before asking. We ask your real patients for honest feedback. If you want otherwise, we are the wrong supplier.

You do. Your Google Business Profile, your listings, your reviews, your domain, and your content remain yours throughout and after the engagement. We work inside accounts you own rather than holding them hostage in ours, and when you leave you keep everything — there is no account transfer to negotiate and nothing is switched off as leverage.

Access to the profiles and listings we are asked to manage, accurate information about your practice, and the responsiveness needed to act on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us to publish and for your own compliance obligations as a healthcare provider.

The service is $299 per month, billed monthly in advance, month to month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time and the service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months. The Scorecard is free and carries no obligation.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Either of us can end the engagement at any time. We may decline or end service if we are asked to do something dishonest — including fabricating reviews or misrepresenting a practice — or if fees go unpaid.

We are liable only for the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of third-party platforms such as Google or any AI provider, including changes they make to how they rank or recommend businesses.

If these terms change we update the date at the top of this page, and material changes are sent to active clients by email before they take effect.
